Square Dancing Saturday Night; Smores around the campfire
BBQ for all Saturday night
Canoe or Kayak on a lake next to the campsite

Hiking, biking, and rock climbing at the Mohonk Preserve
Hiking in the Catskill Mountains
(Slide Mountain isn't a really hard hike and is the highest mountain in the Catskills)
Rafting on the Esopus River
Hiking and rock climbing in the Minewaska Preserve
