Wilderness First Aid Training
Description: Wilderness First Aid Training is a fantastic 2 day program which will teach you the basics in assessing and responding to injury while in the backcountry. Its happening on the weekend of 2/28-3/1, and in total it will be a 16 hour course (about 8 hours a day). In the end you'll take away not only a WFA certification, but also great memories of being decked out in fake blood and moulage while your peers try to figure out what on earth happened to you.

If you are already certified as a WFA (or even as a WFR) you can use this course to renew your certification! For more information on anything technical, such as specifically what you'll learn in the course, go to http://www.soloschools.com/wfa.html where you'll find a list of material that will be covered (both in a classroom setting and in super fun outdoor mock scenarios).
